Outstanding! This book was my intoduction to reading. It was the first book I ever read cover to cover and haven't stopped reading since. Grisham does the research, there's never a dull moment, just when you think you know what's going on it changes. Each book draws you in and keeps you wanting more, great story lines, cahracters so detailed they seem real. This book started me on the road to many other great books and authors, but Grisham is the best.

I read this book years ago and still think it's John Grisham's best. I can remember leaving it at work by accident over a weekend (I read on my lunch break). I couldn't wait 'til Monday to get my book back. It's perfectly paced and a true page turner.

The plot is what caught my attention and its a good one. But the author is too long winded. I'm still reading the book and I almost just want to not finish because he needs to get to the point. They're too many events and they're boring. Tip to John get to the point and get a better editor next time. If your're going to have such a long story line make the storyline more exciting. Its just boring and dragged out.
