I very rarely cook lamb, duck, or tofu, so this book was not for me at all. I was trying to think who I could pass it on to and can't think of anyone I know who would want these recipes.

I am unhappy with this book. It has recipes that are very simple, not creative. The book is cheaply done. I need to return mine. Don't bother with this one.

This cookbook didn't have many pictures at all...and I prefer to see what the dish looks like before I attempt it. It did have several recipies that I would like to try, and they seem fairly easy. If I had looked at it in a bookstore, I probley would have passed it up.

I really like this cookbook. We are not on a diet but lean towards healthier eating and this cookbook is great. It has recipes that really taste good and are good for you.

I didn't know what to expect with another diet cookbook, but I can honestly say this one is a winner when it comes to simplicity and taste. I found many recipes to be family friendly with solid nutrition. I also like the fact that processed foods take a backseat in this book.
